This is one of the most famous Cheras steamboat which is famous for its original milky pork bone soup. I personally have good preference for this as is so far one of the best steamboat you can have in town. Located at a remote quiet area yet during every dinner hours crowds are pouring in just to taste this wonderful pork bone steamboat.

You will see a few chunks of pork bone inside the soup and some generous ingredients in just the soup base alone. The ingredients in the soup base that is visible will be chinese cabbage, fried yam, radish, pepper and some herbs. Served with a claypot instead of a metalic pot, definately added credit as it enhances the flavour and colour of the soup.

Besides of a good soup base, steamboat ingredients that is of good quality and fresh is equally important. Another selling point of coco steamboat is it uses freshest quality ingredients daily and even handmade certain ingredients such as mushroom pork balls.

Pork Slice RM 9.90 fresh and thinly sliced

 



Gone where the days of eating big meat cuts in steamboat as everyone is now opting for thinly sliced meat as is easy to be cooked, delicious, melts into your mouth and not so fulfiling. There is option of Pork or Lamb Slice which equally goes well.

 

Another starlet i would like to highlight is the dipping sauce. Yes you hear me right. Well, those of you who cant eat spicy would be your regret as Coco steamboat serves this tangy sourish chili sauce that goes well with all meats.
